Position overview:

• Grow your own sales portfolio primarily via phone
• Respond quickly to customer requests while delivering an elevated level of customer service
• Close inbound leads, and generate sales through various marketing campaigns
• Build your own presentation with tools and skills taught in initial training program
• Increase your knowledge of the industry with incentivized continuing education provided by the company
• Develop and sharpen your talent during ongoing training and strategy mentoring
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum requirements:

• Exceptional customer service & communication skills
• Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry
• Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
• Comprehensive computer skills
• High-energy and ambitious attitude to work in a busy, dynamic environment

• First year pay: $40,000- $45,000
